The Feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Candlemas), and First Friday, February 2nd
Saint John the Baptist, Front Royal, 7:00 a.m., Low Mass at Historic Chapel of parish
*St. John the Beloved, McLean, 7:15 a.m., Low, with blessing of candles and procession
*Holy Trinity (@ Renaissance Montessori School), Nokesville, 6:30 p.m. High Mass. Note that this Mass replaces the usual 7:15 a.m. daily Mass. Candles will be blessed at this Mass.
St. Anthony of Padua Mission, King George, 7:00 p.m.., Sung. There will be a short “candle rite” at the Masses on Friday.
*St. John the Baptist, Front Royal, 7:00 p.m., Sung, with blessing of candles, at Historic Chapel of parish
(Note: Candles will also be blessed following the 10:30 a.m. Mass, Sunday, February 4th, at the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception (Historic Church of St. John the Apostle) in Leesburg.)

Holy Trinity (@ Renaissance Montessori School), Nokesville, 7:30 a.m., Low. There will be the traditional blessing of throats after Mass.
St. Anthony of Padua Mission, King George, 9:00 a.m., Sung (NB: the next five First Saturdays (February to June 2024) the Saturday 9:00 AM Mass at St Anthony’s will be a traditional Latin sung Mass to be followed by First Saturday devotions.)
